Terms of Service — Boardraw
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing boardraw.com or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Boardraw is a web-based collaborative whiteboard and diagramming tool. It allows individuals and teams to create, edit, and share visual boards and documents in real time.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on Boardraw.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at darren94me@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Boardraw to:
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Use the service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these terms
- Scrape or collect data from the platform using automated means
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on Boardraw. By using the service, you grant Boardraw a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
5.2 Our Platform
All code, design, trademarks, and other materials that make up the Boardraw platform are the property of Boardraw. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent.
6. Free Plan and Availability
Boardraw offers a free plan with no credit card required. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any material changes that affect existing users.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your boards and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boardraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (if any).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Boardraw is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Boardraw after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
